At Argor Window & Door Services (“Argor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we take pride in the quality of our workmanship and strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or adjustments may be provided.

2. Services Covered
This policy applies to all window and door repairs, installations, screen replacements, and related services provided by Argor.

3. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of custom repair and installation services, we generally do not offer refunds once services have been performed and accepted by the customer. However, we stand behind the quality of our work.
If you experience any issues related to workmanship or the materials supplied by us under normal use within the warranty period, please refer to our Warranty Policy, which may entitle you to free corrective service.

4. Deposits and Cancellations

Deposits: Certain services may require a deposit to secure materials or schedule work. Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they cover costs already incurred by Argor (including ordering custom materials).

Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. In cases of late cancellation, Argor reserves the right to retain all or a portion of the deposit to cover preparation costs.

5. Unsatisfactory Services
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the completed work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can evaluate the situation. At our discretion, we may:

Arrange to re-perform the service at no additional cost,

Provide a partial adjustment or credit toward future services.
Refunds in cash or direct payment are generally not issued unless required by applicable law.

6. No Refunds on Custom or Special-Order Products
Custom-ordered products (such as special-sized window screens, glass, or hardware) cannot be returned or refunded once ordered from the manufacturer, except in cases of manufacturer defect or error.
